Securing Silver accreditation is testament to the dedicated effort of each member of the CMAC team, and how they have invested in implementing the lessons learned from our previous National Standard assessment in 2020.

We are already using the detailed feedback provided by Investors in People to identify areas where we can further improve our approach to ensure CMAC is an even more engaged, more responsive, and supportive place to work in the years to come.
