2023
CMAC secures the prestigious Investor in Customers Gold award for the second consecutive year, a testament to CMAC’s commitment to exceptional service.
CMAC partners with CheckedSafe, a leading compliance platform. This collaboration solidified CMAC's commitment to delivering safe managed transport solutions across Europe and beyond.
CMAC acquires Netherland-based Airline Services & Accommodation Partner (A.S & A.P), to drive further value to its airline clients across Europe and beyond.
The acquisition of Coach Hire Comparison, a marketing leading provider of online, hassle-free transport quotes to businesses and consumers, strengthens CMAC’s position within the coach industry.
CMAC hosts The Great Transport Debate, a one-day event featuring over 20 industry-leading speakers addressing pertinent issues and challenges in the U.K transportation sector. This event brought together 200 senior executives from various transport modes, including air, rail, bus, micro-mobility, and taxi.
2022
CMAC pursues further expansion across Europe with two new acquisitions: Europe's largest airport transfer company, Suntransfers, and Portuguese-based travel company Here & Dare. CMAC now provides its 24/7/365 global travel solutions across more than 750 airports and travel gateways worldwide.
2021
CMAC accelerates its European of its services through a strategic partnership with established Portuguese-based travel company, Here & Dare. Clients can now access CMAC services in mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira Islands.
2020
CMAC acquires Ontraccs, its fourth acquisition in three years. It expands into Heathrow Airport to support missed-flight connection services to airlines and ground handling organisations.
CMAC garners yet more accolades, including ‘Most Effective Recovery of the Year’ CIR Magazine Business Continuity Awards.
CMAC clocks another win at the CIR awards for an entry following the Thomas Cook collapse in 2019, where CMAC provided 1,150 coaches and 916 taxis to move over 40,000 passengers. This became the largest ever peacetime repatriation of UK citizens.
2019
CMAC acquires managed taxi, bus and coach hire specialist Cabline, significantly strengthening CMAC’s ground transport offering throughout the UK.
CMAC accelerates its international expansion with the acquisition of Aircinks Solutions, now providing services across Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Portugal and Morocco
2018
CMAC acquires managed taxi specialist Cabfind from Transdev, creating the largest network of corporate ground transportation solutions in the UK.
CMAC also strengthens its presence across Europe, expanding services into Greece through the launch of CMAC IKE. Businesses can now access CMAC services across all of the Greek islands, Malta and Cyprus.

With over 50 years of combined experience in the coach hire industry, CMAC’s founders had a keen eye for new opportunities. In 2006, they saw a gap in the market. When businesses needed to transport their teams at short notice, they had limited options, resulting in significant delays and loss of business.
The founders of CMAC sought to rectify that issue. Their ambition was to streamline that point of contact for coach, taxi and hotel operators on behalf of businesses — especially those who needed to move in large volumes within one hour of a phone call.
