Frequently asked questions

How do I access the portal?

Once you have completed the onboarding process, you will be sent a link to the portal where you can enter your secure log in details. The portal can be used on any device with internet access.

I have special requirements for my transport, can I still book through the portal?

Yes, our portal prompts you to enter any key information needed to ensure the perfect vehicle for your booking is dispatched. You can select from multiple vehicle types and can also send special instructions to your driver during the booking journey. If you have companywide restrictions you would like to put in place i.e cost or mileage limits, we can set these at an organisation level. Just get in touch with our support team or your account manager with your request.

How many users can access the portal at any one time?

There is no limit to the number of users who can use the portal. To add or remove users within your organisation, just get in touch with our support team or your account manager.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once a booking is confirmed, the booking confirmation page will show the status as confirmed.

I need to amend / cancel my booking, can I do this through the portal?

Yes you can. You can cancel a booking if the journey has not yet started.
