Frequently asked questions

How do you guarantee you can arrive within agreed SLAs?
The nature of our operational capability means we can utilise the majority of licensed taxis and private hire vehicles, providing they have been vetted as part of CMACs supplier onboarding process. This means we can offer peace of mind that your request will always be serviced. The network allows us to ensure that any supplier issues can be rectified swiftly through the use of alternative suppliers available. Therefore, whilst you may have preferred suppliers, you are never reliant on a single / sole provider.
How do invocation costs work?
Clients pay an annual retainer to ensure the guarantee of CMACs transport & accommodation solutions, Transport and accommodation are only charged when the service for a real incident or a test is invoked outside of your plan.
How do I get invoiced after an incident/disaster?
CMAC will invoice post incident based on the specific journey requirements including, pick up destination, drop off destination, vehicle type and any special requirements.
Do CMAC provide a post-incident analysis?
Yes - your dedicated CMAC account manager will join your post-incident review. We will analyse how well we respond to the event and how quickly we were able to help you invoke your emergency business continuity transport and/or accommodation plans.
Can I track employees to ensure a safe onward journey?
It’s essential to us that you have peace of mind knowing your employees are adequately cared for at all times. That’s why we ensure end-to-end visibility on all journeys, allowing you to access live vehicle locations with real-time tracking.

WHAT THEY SAY...

With the intimate support of CMAC we deployed at very short notice. The critical element in the success of this deployment was the hard work and detailed planning which went into this contingency plan and the close working relationship we have with CMAC.
