How does Homesafe work?

The Homesafe platform is a secure software solution that enables multiple teams across your organisation to quickly and easily:

  • Send emergency alerts to targeted groups through SMS or email.
  • Activate emergency transport booking links to quickly mobilise people.

Those receiving alerts will be able to accept or decline transport through a dedicated portal.

Once transport is requested the supply chain is notified via a seamless CMAC API.

Dedicated and trained professionals within our organisation will confirm bookings quickly, providing travellers with peace of mind that they will be safely evacuated from their current location. All travellers will receive real-time vehicle tracking along with the capability to cancel or amend their ride at any time.

Your authorised users will have access to an invocation dashboard with live reporting and the capability to drill into the data. Alongside this, incident history is readily available at any time allowing your team to provide post-incident analysis and provide recommendations to strengthen future incident response.
