What can I expect to pay for a coach?
As each journey and requirement is bespoke to your needs, we have a team of transport experts at the ready to provide you with a tailored quotation.
There are several key factors that can affect the price you will pay: vehicle size, vehicle quality (standard, exec or luxury), the distance required to travel, dates and whether the booking is a planned or emergency request.
Do I have to set up an account?
No. Anyone can make a coach booking without the need to set up an account. Simply enter your details in the form and your job is then done!
In the background, our coach coordinators will select suitable suppliers who are available to transport your group on the dates provided. We will contact you directly with prices and vehicles on offer. All bookings require £100 deposit and non-account bookings will need to pay a full upfront payment 14 days before departure.
How long until I receive a quote?
CMAC is unable to provide instant prices, but our dedicated team will contact you back very quickly with our best price and availability.
There are many variables for every job, for example, you may have multiple pickups and drop offs. You can be confident that you are receiving the best price from our approved network of operators.
What happens if the vehicle doesn’t turn up on the day?

Occasionally, things don’t go as planned. In those rare moments that a vehicle doesn’t turn up for your group, our team will swiftly reallocate your trip to another supplier.

Are the vehicles standard coaches or can I book an executive coach?
You can let us know if you require something specific i.e.. tables on board, toilet facilities, disabled access etc.
CMAC are all about providing customers with a choice, and we can provide quotations for all vehicle types; from standard to exec and luxury, which allows you to see the difference in cost.
Our team will provide a brief description of the difference in vehicle features, such as leather reclining seats and air conditioning — alongside the specifics listed above.
