- Our services covered an astounding 23.9 million miles, highlighting the extensive reach of our operations.
- We facilitated stays in 225,000 hotel rooms, accommodating 350,000 guests.
- We proudly serviced 45% of our total transport bookings using Hybrid, Electric, or Gas Bi-Fuel vehicles. This aligns seamlessly with industry standards for Private Hire Vehicles (PHV), showcasing our commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
- 99.65% of our bookings were successful without a single complaint. We're not just moving people, we're moving them with utmost satisfaction!
- Handling 2.1 million calls both inbound and outbound showcases our commitment to being there for you whenever you need us.
- Our average inbound call answer time is just 19 seconds, ensuring that your queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- We had a total of 17,000 online chats, ensuring a seamless and interactive experience.
- We take pride in resolving cases promptly. A remarkable 99.5% of cases were successfully resolved within 5 working days, underscoring our dedication to swift solutions.

- We acquired Coach Hire Comparison, the market leader in delivering online hassle-free transport quotes direct to businesses and consumers.
- We joined forces with CheckedSafe, a leading compliance platform. This collaboration aligns with CMAC's goal of offering safe and reliable managed transport solutions across Europe and beyond.
- Recognition for our commitment to customer experience came in the form of the Gold Standard for Customer Experience, awarded by Investor in Customers (IIC) for the second consecutive year.
- We proudly supported your employees and your customers throughout major events, such as Storms Agnes, Babet and Ciaran which blasted the UK with strong winds and heavy rain, causing travel chaos across the country, along with the ongoing industrial strikes.
- We hosted the inaugural Great Transport Debate, uniting over 200 experts and enthusiasts for a dynamic discussion on the future of transportation.
- We launched our comprehensive sustainability strategy and our three-year charity and community strategy, marking significant strides towards social responsibility and environmental impact.
- We won the "Supply Chain Transportation and Logistics Award" at the CIR Awards for our outstanding business continuity support to the Civil Nuclear Constabulary during Operation London Bridge.
