In 2020, CMAC completed its fourth acquisition in three years, obtaining London-based firm Ontraccs.

Founded in 2015, Ontraccs’ mission is to provide accommodation and transportation solutions to airlines and ground handling organisations during the event of a missed flight connection.

Using purpose-built disruption management technology, Ontraccs provides users with a platform to view nearby hotel availability and make simple bookings within a few clicks, therefore enabling airlines and ground handling organisations to operate more efficiently and improve their service offering.

This acquisition further accelerates CMACs ability to deliver seamless aviation solutions across the UK and Europe.
