Where is the Meet & Greet service available?
All UK airports.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the designated pickup point (provided by CMAC) inside the arrivals hall with a nameboard. You will receive a SMS with a link to full instructions, driver details and real-time tracking when your pick-up is confirmed.
What if my flight lands early/late?
Providing your flight number at the point of booking ensures timely pick-up. We’ll always do our best to coincide pick-up times to your flight schedule and notify you of your new collection time.
How much wait time is included?
A 30-minute grace period begins within the flat fee. Additional waiting time beyond this incurs additional charges, up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
How do I book a Meet & Greet service?
A Meet & Greet service can be requested for any airport journey within the CMAC booking app, portal or contact centre. Please note: a company must first activate the Meet & Greet service and it may not be available to all travellers in accordance with your company’s travel policy.
What do I do if I can’t find my driver?
Your driver will attempt to contact you in advance of pick-up and in the event of any issues. Your SMS journey confirmation also includes live vehicle tracking to check whereabouts and driver contact information.
