Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

By placing a booking with us, you agree to our standard payment terms unless a separate written agreement is in place. For consumers: - A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

- The remaining balance is due 30 days before the date of travel or check-in.
- If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and any payments made may be forfeited. For business clients:
- Payment terms may be subject to a separate agreement. Where no agreement exists, the same deposit and balance terms apply. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

2. Pricing and Quotations

Upon receiving your booking details, we will provide a written quotation based on your requirements. This quote is valid for three (3) business days. Quotes are based on the information provided and may be subject to change if your requirements change. All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Small Vehicles (7 seats or fewer):
- More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge (except for any incurred costs).
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking cost.

Large Vehicles (8 seats or more):
10+ days before travel: 50% of the total cost
6–9 days before: 60%
3–5 days before: 70%
24–48 hours before: 80%

Less than 24 hours before: 100% (non-refundable)

Accommodation:
- Cancellation charges vary depending on the hotel’s policy.
- We will confirm the applicable charge at the time of cancellation.

Vehicles and Accommodation booking cancellations must be made in writing to: commercialsupport@cmacgroup.com. Include your booking reference number.

4. Waiting Time

If you are not ready at the agreed pick-up time, a waiting time charge may apply. This will be communicated in advance or upon request.

5. Surcharges

Any applicable surcharges (e.g. bank holidays, late-night travel) will be clearly included in your quote and are payable as part of the total cost.

6. Additional Charges

- Valeting charges may apply if the vehicle is left in an unreasonably dirty condition. This charge will depend on the size of vehicle and the state that it was left.
- Tolls, airport pick-up/drop-off fees, and parking charges will be added to your invoice where applicable.

7. Passenger Conduct

All passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. No refund will be issued in such cases
