Investor in Customers assessment criteria compared client feedback alongside the views of staff and management to verify that customers really are at the heart of CMAC’s business.

CMAC achieved the prestigious gold accreditation for exceptional levels of both internal and external customer experience.

The detailed survey feedback will enable us to identify further ways to improve our service going forward, whilst driving next year’s strategy in order to continue to build on our success in 2022.
