As an established aggregator of ground transportation services for the global travel sector, CMAC has been appointed as a transportation partner for iCoupon Rides. Already used by global airlines, the Rides solution allows carriers to arrange flexible ground transportation for disrupted passengers. The partnership significantly expands the ground transportation options available to airlines using iCoupon Rides through a single integration, leveraging CMAC’s extensive supplier network, aggregation capabilities and expertise in managing disruption at scale.
CMAC will draw on its established global transportation ecosystem, giving airlines access to trusted providers covering taxis, private hire vehicles, executive transport and coaches, to keep passengers moving safely when disruption occurs.
Through RideLinks, powered by CMAC and generated via iCoupon, passengers can book reliable onward transport without downloading an app or creating an account, while airlines maintain visibility of journeys from pick-up to drop-off to support passenger welfare and regulatory compliance.
