If there is no accommodation available nearby, what happens?
CMAC can demonstrate sufficient bed stock with key strategic partners and will always place your passengers in the nearest available accommodation. At times of mass disruption, HOTAC availability can be limited, and we may be required to place your passengers a short taxi or coach journey from their current location. Our experienced team will co-ordinate and communicate the logistics at the time of the event.
How quickly can you support us?
The nature of CMACs business means we can cater for both planned and emergency requirements. Our emergency response enables us to deal with your requirements asap.
What if my travellers have special requirements? I.e. accessibility, family rooms etc.
We are committed to finding the perfect accommodation for your passengers. We can accommodate various requirements such as family and accessible rooms, early check ins and late checkouts. Simply include these in your portal booking or a member of our team will cover this with you on the phone.
Are there long term options?
Yes we do have longer-term options for accommodation.
Do CMAC organise food and drinks with accommodation?
