CMAC GROUP QT TEAM CLAIRE GROVES RYAN COOPER SINEAD BLACKLEDGE

CMAC Group has expanded its Quality and Training expertise with the addition of two new team members, Sinead Blackledge and Ryan Cooper, in managerial positions. The two new team members will report to the recently appointed Head of Q&T, Claire Groves.

Sinead Blackledge brings over a decade’s experience as a business educator and course director to her new role. Sinead’s expertise, broad range of skills, and her adaptability is evident in a career that has seen her teaching at every level from college through graduate to post graduate and professional development.

Prior to joining CMAC, Sinead had returned as a course leader to Hugh Baird College, one of the largest providers of college and University-level education in the Merseyside area, where she’d previously spent over four years as a business and finance tutor.

Sinead has an MA in Education, a BA (Hons) in Business and Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). She also has an Advanced Teacher accreditation from the Society of Education and Training.

Ryan Cooper joins CMAC’s Q&T team after nine years on the customer service front line of CMAC’s Operations Team, with the last 3 years spent managing a front-line team within Operations. He has a uniquely informed understanding of CMAC’s systems, clients’ needs, and those of their staff and passengers, which will be invaluable in a fast-developing Q&T department setting. Ryan also has first-hand knowledge of the hard work involved in securing an Investor in Customers Gold award for the second year running.

Neil Micklethwaite, CMAC CEO commented:

“The Quality and Training team is a new investment for CMAC Group and will be instrumental in helping us translate the company’s strategic commitment to the highest quality service and client satisfaction into practical action Sinead and Ryan will play a key role in equipping CMAC team members to deliver best-in-class service and support.”

“The new recruits demonstrate CMAC’s approach to building skills and expertise across the company. We want to have people in place whose thinking and practice is truly reflective of what is going on in the wider world at the same time as capitalising on the talent and experience we already have within the company.

“I am very pleased we can attract candidates like Sinead. She has the specialist skill sets and experience we meet our business growth objectives without compromising the quality of service our clients have come to expect from CMAC. I am equally happy to see the current team members like Ryan given the opportunity to develop their careers by making the most of their in-depth understanding of the company and our clients. Taken together, Sinead’s and Ryan’s appointments demonstrate CMAC is not only a great place to work, but also a great place to build a career!”
