What facilities can I expect on the coach?
Each journey is built around your specific needs. CMAC are all about providing customers with a choice and can provide quotations for all vehicle types, from standard to exec and luxury.
Facilities such as toilets, refreshments and luggage storage can all be factored into your journey. Our team will discuss your requirements with you during planning to make sure that all your expectations are met.
Do any of the coach suppliers you work with travel abroad?
Yes, they do. CMACs expert coach coordinators can provide you with international quotations. Please keep in mind that the quote may include driver accommodation, ferry crossing charges etc. Unless you want to arrange these separately, please be specific in the details you provide.
Do you have easy access vehicles?
CMAC has a wide-range of accessible vehicles that are fully compliant with PSVAR.

I am unsure about how we access the coach drop off at the event, can you help?
Yes, this is all part of our service. Our event transport professionals will map out the drop-off points for each location and provide you with a comprehensive plan enabling you to clearly communicate this with your group.
The event has been rescheduled / cancelled, can I get a refund?
Should you need to amend / cancel your booking, our dedicated booking team are always on hand to assist you. Each booking comes with a unique reference number needed to make changes.
Cancellations are free up to 10 days before the event. After this time, you will incur a cancellation fee.
