The Client

Established in 1899, Kingston University, London is a vibrant higher education institution located in South West London. It is home to a diverse community with more than 20,000 students from 140 countries and offers a strong commitment to providing inclusive education. Ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, safety, and reliability in student support - including external support such as transportation - is a key priority for the University as it supports students across multiple campuses and learning environments.

The Challenge

Prior to partnering with CMAC, Kingston University faced transportation challenges that impacted the student experience and internal operations. The University required a centralised, efficient solution for managing ground transport across London - one that could streamline bookings, safeguard students, and provide on-time collection for students according to their timetables.

The key hurdles faced by the university were:
